Hitrej\u0161e zaposlovanje tujcev (nova ureditev ZRSZ)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1067\">Novost, ki jo je predstavil Zavod RS za zaposlovanje, omogo\u010da:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1119\">\u2705 <strong data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1119\">Za\u010detek dela \u017ee na podlagi vlo\u017eene vloge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1296\">Za dolo\u010dene poklice je mogo\u010de tujca zaposliti <strong data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1223\">\u017ee na podlagi vlo\u017eene vloge za prvo enotno dovoljenje<\/strong> in izdanega soglasja ZRSZ, brez \u010dakanja na kon\u010dno odlo\u010dbo upravne enote.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1308\">To pomeni:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1447\">\n<li data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1339\">\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1339\">manj administrativnih zamud,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1383\">\n<p data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1383\">hitrej\u0161e zapolnjevanje kadrovskih potreb,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1447\">\n<p data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1447\">la\u017eje poslovanje podjetij, ki nujno potrebujejo nove delavce.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1492\"><strong data-start=\"1457\" data-end=\"1492\">2. Klju\u010dne spremembe po ZZSDT-E<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1624\">Novela ZZSDT-E prina\u0161a modernizacijo sistema zaposlovanja tujcev, vklju\u010dno s prenosom <strong data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1623\">Direktive EU 2021\/1883 (EU Modra karta)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1653\">Najpomembnej\u0161e novosti:<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1712\"><strong data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1712\">Ni\u017eji pogoji za visokokvalificirano zaposlitev<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1872\">\n<li data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1792\">\n<p data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1792\">pogodba o zaposlitvi mora biti sklenjena za <strong data-start=\"1759\" data-end=\"1777\">vsaj 6 mesecev<\/strong> (prej 1 leto),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"1872\">\n<p data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1872\">priznajo se lahko <strong data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1843\">ustrezne poklicne izku\u0161nje<\/strong> in ne le formalna izobrazba.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1923\"><strong data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1923\">Ni\u017eji prag za pla\u010do pri EU modri karti<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2019\">\n<li data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2019\">\n<p data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"2019\">minimalna pla\u010da je zdaj <strong data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1985\">vsaj povpre\u010dna bruto pla\u010da v RS<\/strong>, kar precej \u0161iri krog kandidatov.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2056\"><strong data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2056\">Raz\u0161irjeno sezonsko delo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2092\">Sezonsko delo je zdaj mo\u017eno tudi v:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2117\">\n<li data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2106\">\n<p data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2106\">gostinstvu,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2107\" data-end=\"2117\">\n<p data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2117\">turizmu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2179\"><strong data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2179\">Mo\u017enost zaposlitve za tujce, ki \u017ee prebivajo v RS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2285\">\u0160tudenti, dru\u017einski \u010dlani in drugi tujci, ki imajo dovoljenje za prebivanje, lahko pod dolo\u010denimi pogoji:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2367\">\n<li data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2367\">\n<p data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2367\"><strong data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2306\">za\u010dnejo delati<\/strong>, \u010deprav njihovo dovoljenje doslej ni dovoljevalo zaposlitve.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2459\"><strong data-start=\"2376\" data-end=\"2459\">Delodajalec lahko zaprosi za soglasje ZRSZ \u017ee ob vlo\u017eitvi pro\u0161nje za dovoljenje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2503\">S tem se \u010das zaposlitve \u0161e dodatno skraj\u0161a.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2579\"><strong data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2579\">Evidenca delodajalcev, kaznovanih za kr\u0161itve delovne zakonodaje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2647\">Cilj je bolj\u0161a za\u0161\u010dita delavcev migrantov in ve\u010dja transparentnost.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2654\" data-end=\"2684\"><strong data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2684\">3. Spremembe po ZTuj-2I<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2776\">ZTuj-2I dopolnjuje sistem prebivanja tujcev in ga prilagaja sodobnim migracijskim tokovom.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2778\" data-end=\"2801\">Najve\u010dje spremembe:<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"2803\" data-end=\"2858\"><strong data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2858\">Dalj\u0161a veljavnost prvega enotnega dovoljenja<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2948\">\n<li data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2948\">\n<p data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"2948\">za\u010detno dovoljenje lahko velja <strong data-start=\"2892\" data-end=\"2911\">dlje kot doslej<\/strong>, kar pove\u010duje stabilnost zaposlitve.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"2977\"><strong data-start=\"2957\" data-end=\"2977\">Digitalni nomadi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2978\" data-end=\"3026\">Slovenija uvaja mo\u017enost za\u010dasnega prebivanja za:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3103\">\n<li data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3057\">\n<p data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3057\">osebe, ki delajo na daljavo,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3058\" data-end=\"3103\">\n<p data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3103\">brez zaposlitve pri slovenskem delodajalcu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3105\" data-end=\"3144\"><strong data-start=\"3112\" data-end=\"3144\">Olaj\u0161ave pri vro\u010danju odlo\u010db<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3154\">Mo\u017ena je:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3155\" data-end=\"3230\">\n<li data-start=\"3155\" data-end=\"3178\">\n<p data-start=\"3157\" data-end=\"3178\">elektronska vro\u010ditev,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3230\">\n<p data-start=\"3181\" data-end=\"3230\">vro\u010ditev v tujino,<br \/>kar bistveno pohitri postopke.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3237\" data-end=\"3282\"><strong data-start=\"3240\" data-end=\"3282\">4. Kaj spremembe pomenijo za podjetja?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3284\" data-end=\"3335\">Za delodajalce novosti prina\u0161ajo konkretne koristi:<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3337\" data-end=\"3366\">\u2714 hitrej\u0161e zaposlovanje<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3367\" data-end=\"3406\">\u2714 manj administrativnih postopkov<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3407\" data-end=\"3459\">\u2714 la\u017eji dostop do visoko kvalificiranega kadra<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3512\">\u2714 ve\u010d fleksibilnosti pri sezonskih zaposlitvah<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3513\" data-end=\"3567\">\u2714 manj tveganj zaradi zamud pri izdaji dovoljenj<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3569\" data-end=\"3684\">Za ra\u010dunovodstva in kadrovske slu\u017ebe to pomeni bolj u\u010dinkovite postopke in manj \u010dakanja pri urejanju dokumentacije.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3691\" data-end=\"3710\"><strong data-start=\"3694\" data-end=\"3710\">5. Zaklju\u010dek<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3712\" data-end=\"3964\">Zakonodajne spremembe iz leta 2025 predstavljajo enega najve\u010djih korakov v zadnjih letih na podro\u010dju urejanja zaposlovanja in prebivanja tujcev.<br data-start=\"3856\" data-end=\"3859\" \/>Podjetjem omogo\u010dajo la\u017eje in hitrej\u0161e zaposlovanje, tujcem pa bolj predvidljiv in transparenten postopek.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3966\" data-end=\"3991\">\u010ce potrebujete pomo\u010d pri:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3992\" data-end=\"4118\">\n<li data-start=\"3992\" data-end=\"4030\">\n<p data-start=\"3994\" data-end=\"4030\">urejanju prvega enotnega dovoljenja,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4031\" data-end=\"4057\">\n<p data-start=\"4033\" data-end=\"4057\">pripravi pogodb za ZRSZ,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4058\" data-end=\"4088\">\n<p data-start=\"4060\" data-end=\"4088\">pridobitvi EU modre kartice,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4089\" data-end=\"4118\">\n<p data-start=\"4091\" data-end=\"4118\">postopku zaposlitve tujcev,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4120\" data-end=\"4144\">vam z veseljem pomagamo.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\"
